Ndum Laura Tingwey, RP (Qualifying) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the founder of A & B Resilient Heart Psychotherapy. She offers a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to therapy, supporting individuals and couples across Ontario.
Laura works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma. Her approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, strengths-based practices, and somatic-informed interventions.
Laura is deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move at their own pace. She values cultural humility and works with sensitivity to clients’ lived experiences, values, and backgrounds.
She believes healing is not about “fixing” oneself, but about reconnecting with inner strengths, building resilience, and fostering meaningful change.
